In Segerstrom's first game of the Katella tournament on March 27, the Jaguars played South Hills.  Desi Lopez opened the 3rd inning with a lead off triple.  And then came into score on a passed ball by the catcher.  Lopez finished to 2 for 3 and scored the only run for the Lady Jaguars.  South Hills scored 3 runs in the top of the fourth inning, as they took control of the game and never looked back.  South Hills added another run in the 6th inning.

Segerstrom 1 Troy 2:  The Lady Jaguars were handed their first loss of the season 2-1 by the Warriors of Troy.  Selene Pola opened the 3rd inning with a base hit, and stole second to get into scoring position.  Then with two outs, Desi Lopez singled into right center field scoring Pola.

Former Jaguar Monica Segura picked up her first career victory for Northern Illinois U, pitching a 1-0 shutout and scoring the only run. Read the story...

Segerstrom 9 Costa Mesa 0:  The Jaguars defeated the visiting Mustangs of Costa Mesa by a score of 9-0.  Jerrica Alarcon picked up her first win of the season striking out 10 and allowing only 2 hits.  Desi Lopez led off the game for Segerstrom with a 1st inning homerun over the left field fence.  The Lady Jags blasted out 11 hits to win their second game of the preseason.
